Westland Floral Directions and Important Shipping Information

From the South: (we are 20 minutes North of Ventura,)

From the 101 Freeway Exit Santa Claus Lane Exit #88 in Carpinteria. At the stop sign turn right towards the mountains (away from the ocean) to Via Real. Turn right onto Via Real. Proceed along Via Real approximately ¾ of a mile until you reach Cravens Lane. Turn left onto Cravens Lane; proceed up Cravens Lane approximately ¾ of a mile to 1400 Cravens Lane on the right hand side of the street.

From the North: (we are 10 minutes South of Santa Barbara)

From the 101 Freeway Exit Santa Claus Lane Exit #88 in Carpinteria. At the stop sign turn left towards the mountains (away from the ocean) to Via Real. At the stop sign turn right onto Via Real. Proceed along Via Real approximately 1 1/2 miles until you reach Cravens Lane. Turn left onto Cravens Lane; proceed up Cravens Lane approximately ¾ of a mile to 1400 Cravens Lane on the right hand side of the street.

Loading and Pick Up Instructions

Our loading hours are from 7:00am to 4:30pm. However, our dock is open 24 hrs and drivers are able to load themselves after hours. We do have a person on the dock until 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 3:30pm on Saturdays. For instructions, please see below.

During normal loading hours, please check in with the Administrative Office and have your purchase order number ready. Our receptionist will give you instructions / information for picking up your load.

For after hours the cooler doors are unlocked and your order will be palletized. Please locate your order by PO# / Name on box labels. Sign the Bill of Lading, leaving the TOP copy on clipboard. Thank you, Westland Floral Customer Service.
